We offer services and counsel to inform and support you in this decision-making process. At Choices, we do not profit from any course you take related to your pregnancy. We provide a safe and gracious environment to process information and determine the next steps.
Pregnancy Testing
Our pregnancy tests are performed at no cost to you, so that you have the necessary knowledge to move forward, whether the results are positive or negative.
- Standard Urine Pregnancy Test: 97-99% accurate when used at least 7-10 days after conception.
- Clinical environment: performed by trained women in our clinic, your test results are private and confidential.
Call or visit us for a test to confirm your pregnancy quickly and simply.
Included with your pregnancy test is a consult which may include (based on your needs):
- Nurse/physician consult regarding medical questions/concerns
- Prenatal vitamins and folate
- Thorough information on abortion risks and procedures
- Relevant information on the development of your baby
- Adoption information/resources
- Obstetrician referral for ongoing care
- Information/referrals to acquire resources for you and your baby
- Practical physical, emotional, and spiritual support
Other services offered at Choices:
- OB ultrasound (again, at no cost!) to confirm your pregnancy, establish likely conception time/gestational age, delivery date of your baby, hear baby’s heartbeat (and if desired to provide great images of your baby we can send to your phone to enjoy and share). A brief medical assessment is required for ultrasound appointments.
- Perinatal hospice services
